See jmail.world. search "jes staley sao paulo". Or see this pdf, or search the files yourself. If you're looking at the DOJ search, look for "adds on the".
The email: "you want to know why we are not Sao Paulo, watch the TV adds on the Super Bowl. Its all about hip blacks in hip cars with white women. The group that should be in the streets, has been bought off. by Jay Z"
from @fuzzlampreave on twitter: "This is bleak. Jes Staley, CEO of Barclays, explaining to Epstein that he doesn't need to fear possible popular revolts against financial elites because capitalism and pop culture have pacified social movements and people now prefer consumer goods over social justice."
Just to back that up: this email is from 2014, when the protests in Brazil were happening, because of social movements. Jes Staley is in fact the former CEO of Barclays. I think that backs up what @fuzzlampreave was saying pretty well.
